Whether Licensee of a Product becomes Infringer

If I buy some product, which I am informed by manufacturer / producer of the Product that some third parties have made claims of infringement against that product. I am buying the product as a licensee.

Whether by taking such license of the product, against which claims of infringement of patent are already made, can I be prosecuted by such claiming party? What damage will I suffer due to this?

Can anyone provide clarification for this question?

Second corollary to this is whether such claiming parties will have to prosecute me in my country?

What will be amount of damages which I might suffer?

Can extent of damages be limited to the extent of license fees which I have paid?
