Title: How much cost to file a "Patent Pending"
Post by Fred-Pito on Sep 6th, 2006, 4:51am
How much it cost? :o

My patent is close to arrive and my attorney told me that I can already sell it as a "Patent Pending"... :o

Can I sell a "Patent Pending" in the US's, plus the overseas?

What if I sell (license) my invention to other countries before get my USPTO papers?

What is "license" my product?  What I give up and keep?

Thanks :)

1)  Discuss these questions, as they relate to your particular situation, with your attorney.

2)  If you have an active US patent application on file, then yes you can refer to the invention as being "patent pending" in the US.

3)  Ask your attorney for information specific to your case.
