Provisional Patent Acceptance Letter?

Hello, I am mailing in my provisional patent and I was wondering if I have any way of verifying the entirety of my application was recorded successfully.  Meaning, if I have 5 pages I want to know if I can verify all 5 were successfully processed and recorded.  Do they mail me a letter saying it has been accepted?  And if so, does that letter include a copy of the application?  Thank you very much for reading!

You could include a return receipt postcard listing what you've submitted, including the number of pages.  Also, send under Rule 1.10 (USPS Express Mail) and keep good records.
