What is interesting about all this is, many inventors file a huge disclosure, with the intent to file divisionals capturing the material later, however, I am not sure how that will happen after 11/1.
 
During the prosecution, do you think it would possible to add subject matter from the spec, and get restricted?

Possibly.  However, I think examiners may have some options to force canceling the claims without issuing a restriction, so you might need a cooperative examiner.
