I talked to a patent attorney today. He said that if I file the PCT today, the priority date is TODAY, not my June 2007 for my RPA nor June 2006 for my PPA.

It is past 12 months so the priority advantage is GONE.

However, I have new matter in the RPA. I can claim priority for the new matter ONLY on June 2007.

It is different from what I read here. Any body disagree with this attorney's commentHuh

Either we're missing something, or you've misunderstood your patent attorney ... or maybe he misspoke.

Unless there's a good reason that he doesn't want to claim priority to the RPA (i'd be guessing), then you should probably claim it as your priority filing.
