PCT and divisionals

Do other countries have divisionals like the US?  If I file a PCT and then enter a country can I file a divisional off of my application in that country?  Thanks!

I know Europe has a divisional application sort of thing.  I understand they're expensive.  Europe also limits you to just one independent claim of a given type -- just one independent method claim and just one independent apparatus claim.  Tight!
