All,
 
I have an OA where the examiner forgot to address a dependent claim.  Should I bring it up, or otherwise address it?

If the OA doesn't really say how the limitation in the dependent claim is addressed by the references, I would probably ask the examiner for a supplemental office action.   There is no real point in dragging things out for your client even if you can legitimately insist that the next OA be non-final.
