Petition and RCE

I'm filing a Rule 137 Petition to Revive, an RCE, and an Amemdment.  Can they all go in the same mailing?  The Petition is supposed to go to Mail Stop Petition, the RCE is supposed to go to Mail Stop RCE, and the Amendment just goes to Commissioner for Patents.

I would look at it as a paper within a paper -- the RCE includes the Amendment, and the Petition includes the RCE.  So, the "outermost" paper is the Petition.  I'd send it to Mail Stop Petition.
