What's the time limit to file a Pet. to Rev. after going abandoned for failure to prosecute? I also plan to file RCE and Pre. Am.

If the petition to revive is unintentional, isn't there a one year time limit to merely fill out the relevant petition form, pay the fee and further merely say the delay was unintentional without incurring the risk of having the patent office coming back to ask for more information?
