Hello,
Does anyone do this? What are the benefits to a customer number? It seems like you have the same access regardless if you have the power of attorney active. At any rate, I have been trying to fax in my request for the past couple weekdays, and no number gets faxed back. Not sure what is going on.

I think it's also easier for a change of address. I think you just file once for all cases.

But, the biggest advantage I see is access to EFS-web and private PAIR. Those are both very cool things.
