I am not sure how this happened but the PTO published my application so that the paragraphs are all out of order. I want the PTO to republish it under 37 CFR 1.221(b) but I am outside of that time frame. It isn't my fault but I want it fixed. Do I have any other recourse other than 37 CFR 1.221(a) for republication? How much will it cost me? Has anyone else had this happen? How could it get so scrambled? This is not fair. I am not a big corporation and should not have to pay for someone else's (read: PTO) mistakes.
