Is indicating "attachment means" in the claim invoking paragraph 6? I just want to claim all things using a nail, screw, fastener etc. Is this language good enough?

Yes it is and does. Paragraph six can be invoked using "****X means" or "means for." Regards,

make sure you describe all means in the spec. Saying "means for" is the preferred method of provoking means limitation. There is a strong presumption that it will apply if you say "attachment means", and it seems like it will apply depending on the structure of the claim. I recommend staying away from means language in most situations. Try rearranging the structure of your claim so you only claim that the elements are attached
