All: Does anyone have any good reads on patent claim drafting? I tried "Chisum on Patents" and just about fell out of my chair snoozing. I heard a Lazar has one but I couldn't find any references. Let me know and thanks. C

| "Landis on Mechanics of Claim Drafting" is the essential reference material here. I'm not sure Landis is any more exciting than Chisum, but maybe the fact that it's better targetted to what you are trying to learn will help overcome any snoozing effect.

Electronic and Software Patents: Law and Practice (Hardcover) by Stephen C. Durant (Editor), Steven W. Lundberg (Editor) Not as much of a snoozer as Landis.

Anyone know an attorney or agent whose writing is a good example to learn from?
