Title: Salary

What can a patent lawyer expect to be paid on the East Coast by a company in electronics. This person has 5 years experience filing and doing patent infringement assessment (no litigation experience). A 2nd tier law school, passed the bar and licensed  by the Patent and Tradmark Office and has a BS PHysics and MS Material Science.

With 5 years prosecution experience no one should care about which school you attended.

A person with 5 years prosecution should make at least 100k
Maybe in the range of 125k. If you are bringing in clients with you, then you get lots more.

I think the OP's scenario was for an in house position rather than a position in a firm.  You would not be bringing clients to an in house position.
