Does anyone have any advice with regards to getting malpractice insurance for patent agents or lawyers? I have heard conflicting things on the availability or ease of getting a malpractice insurance policy from several patent lawyers that I have spoken with.
- What are reputable malpractice insurance companies?
- Can new patent agents and patent lawyers get a policy?
- What are the typical policy costs?
- Any other thoughts, opinions, or advice is much appreciated.
