You will get very good training.  But the place is ruled by fear.  They do not tolerate incompetence to even the slightest degree.

You will only interact with clients if it is absolutely necessary.  Otherwise, you will be in your office churning out prep and pros.

You will have ZERO business development opportunities.

Spend 1.5 - 2.0 years there, get some training, and move on.  That's what I did.

P.S.  The support staff is generally very well trained and helpful.  But they too work in fear and turnover amongst staff and associates is very high.

P.P.S.  Hope that helps.

hi

I read your post. I just had a phone interview with them and they seemed like they really wanted to hire me.

they were even willing to pay for my out of state cost to come in and interview, of course this is standard.

Did your experience help you get a better job? Also, what was your salary like if you don't mind me asking?

In other words, what was the salary and billable requirements like?

buy a gold membership to vault dot com (I'm assuming they're on there) and get more than one opinion.

When I interviewed with them, I questioned their competency.

If I joined there, I wouldn't have been able to allow any cases for few years.

Why do we work so hard in fear when we don't even reach better outcome?

The firm sounds like: Oh, live or bury!
