It's significantly easier to get into GULC, GW, and GMU part time, because the numbers of the students entering part time do not effect their US News rankings.  I think the median LSAT for a GULC PT'er is 164, and for GW is 161.  They also might be more willing to overlook a low GPA.
 
I'd ignore the US News IP rankings' involvement in the selectivity of the schools on that list.  They do not relate.
