patent job for Molecular biologist...

Hi all,
I got a offer from a IP concern that helps the inventors find related patents. I have done Masters in Molecular biolgy and interested in IP. Expecting for valuable suggestions as am new to patents.
Also, where can I be best put up in IP and Patents being a Molecular biologist.
