Topic: keep license active (Read 1000 times) |

I passed the patent bar in february, but an still in school, so I haven't done much with patent law since. What do I have to do to keep my license active? any continuing education, fees, etc. thanks

| Stay out of trouble and keep your address up to date. Currently there are no CLE or annual feee requirements.

| Oh, Isaac, you can be so consise! Anyway, to embellish a bit on what Isaac said, it's incumbent upon any practioner to become better-educated in the practical aspects of patent prosecution and, just as important, keep abreast of changes in the law and in the rules of practice. It's an on-going, career-long process. One neglects such duties at one's peril.
