Does anyone know if there is a significant difference in profits per partner for a prosecutor vs. litigator in a top firm?  thx

My sense is that it's larger for litigators.  My experience is that litigators more easily generate billable hours because of the often long hours necessary to prepare for depos, hearings, trial, etc.
