Expanding Patent-Prosecution Business

Hey everyone, I have question about expanding a firm's patent business. I recently graduated and passed the bar, and have been a patent agent for almost two years. I just started work at my law firm 6 weeks ago. Just a small boutique firm, 7 lawyers.  We do solely IP, and there is much more trademark and copyright work.  I really want the firm to expand the patent side, and the senior partners want this as well. I do not believe they really have a plan in place to accomplish this, however. Does anyone have any successful strategies to expand a firm's patent prosecution business?
