The MJS at Wash U and the other master's programs people are mentioning here are NOT LLM programs.  The curriculum is the same though, at least at Wash U.  The MJS is for people who are interested in IP, but do not want to go get a JD...can't remember specifically what the admissions requirements are, but I think just a bachelor's is sufficient (a JD is definitely not required).
 
The LLM program referred to by Anon is outside the US and does not require a JD.
