I just passed the patent bar exam on my first try with this set of PLI home-study materials. Thank you, PLI!

I am selling this set on ebay, item number 300017889740. Copy and paste that number in the search box on ebay.

You do not need to pay a premium for a newer set of materials. Although PLI published this set in 2004, I studied with this set and I passed on my first try. All you need to get and will get from PLI are the fundamentals that are frequently tested on the exam. Most of the time, you will have to look up the MPEP anyway. Hone that skill. Therefore, it does not matter how new your PLI materials are. Read PLI only for the fundamentals. The key is to do the 2002 and 2003 exams, and read what is being currently tested at patentbarquestions site and the IP discussion board. Those sources will update you with the new changes in the test, including upcoming changes in October regarding MPEP Rev. 4, faster than PLI. Furthermore, you can update Patware free through PLI. Finally, composite PDF versions of the MPEP are available free . Because you only read PLI for the fundamentals, this lucky set is all you need.

However, it matters little what Rev. you use for studying. I studied with Rev. 1 and passed while Rev. 2 was in effect.
