If I applied and was approved to take the exam, how long would I have to take the exam before I needed to re-apply? Is there a time limit?

In the letter you received from the USPTO, there is a sentence in BOLD TYPE that tells you when to take your exam.

It's about 3 months, in case you haven't gotten your letter yet. mine was dated Sep 16 and I had until Dec 22.
