OED saves your information (for a year, i think) so you don't need to get your transcripts again if you don't pass.  
 
Its still a lot cheaper to pass the first time regardless.  Wink

Do you think that the question about any acadamic misconduct includes high school?  And if it does, do you think that the OED would care about it if it from a long time ago (over 10 years)?

Well, the wording in the instructions is: "You should, therefore, provide the Office of Enrollment and Discipline with all available information, however unfavorable, **even if its relevance is in doubt** ...So play it safe and disclose.  Now...what about that time in kindergarten when you were sent to the principal's office after you pulled Sally's hair?  Smiley
