Exam Application Question

Hi,

I was fillingout the form to take the test, and I had a question.

I have a BSEE, ABET.  I also have an MBA and a MS in Systems Eng.

Do I need to list the other degrees and provide a transcript?  The BS EE should be good enough to take the test.

Thoughts?

Well it said in the application:

"EDUCATION: List all degrees conferred in the blocks below."

I was just trying to save 30 bucks in transcript costs, but I would be not honest to eliminate the masters degrees even though they do not contribute to the requirements for the examination.

You are correct.  I had asked OED if I needed to submit my grad school transcripts even though a grad degree is not required.  The answer I got was yes.  Was not a big issue for me.   Undergrad transcript cost me $5.  Grad transcript (other school) cost me $7.  So $30 seems like a ripoff.  Nevertheless it's small relative to other fees.  Also, if the form asks for disclosure, give it to them.  It's always best to be conservative than to be accused of intentionally not disclosing info (even if there's no harm done).  As a side note, OED told me it's the undergrad degree that counts.  If you have a BA in economics, for example, and a PhD in physics or EE, you don't automatically qualify, believe it or not

Thanks.

I just hope I pass the first time without the extra insult of getting the transcripts again.
