Catholic Law School?

I want to work at the USPTO and finish my JD part time. If I can't get into GMU, or American, is Catholic a good program to get into? I know it's ranked really low, but would it be a good career move to work at the USPTO while finishing law school at Catholic?

I know of a successful IP lawyer from Catholic, if that's the jist of your question, but it's not a move I personally would make. Really try to get into GMU PT if you can; they have a good IP program. Otherwise, I guess you'll need to do some legwork to figure out how successful Catholic law grads are at securing IP jobs.

Well, I would like to get into GMU PT, but I don't see that happening. I didn't get in when I applied there last year (before starting my first year in the mid-west), but did get into American and Catholic.

I know several Catholic law grads. All very successful. Once you actually get your first job in a firm, it won't really matter where you went to school. You won't have too much difficulty getting a job in the DC area with a law degree from Catholic. They have plenty of alumni in the area working at firms that are hiring.
