Paent Bar: What revision of MPEP to study?

Hi all:
I know MPEP, 8th edition, revision 5 is the latest, but is this the revision the patent bar tests? I've read on some other blogs that usually there is a considerable amount of time between the USPTO publishing a new MPEP and incorporating graded questions on the exam based on this. Apparently whatever questions on the exam that depend on these revisions are being beta tested, and thus not graded.
Is it wise for me to study for a planned Sept sitting on the patent bar using barbri materials based off MPEP, 8th ed., revision 4?

Study 4th edition. They will announce 3 months ahead of time on the OED site when they will be using 5th edition.
"Use of MPEP, 8 TH EDITION, REVISION NO. 4, beginning on or about October 19, 2006 (Posted 19JUL2006)"
That is what the last notice looked like.

Is there anywhere that you can download the MPEP? I have been looking on the PTO website, but haven't managed to find it..yet. thanks
