I'm at a top 50 school, between 1L and 2L, interning for a Fed. Judge doing his IP research and orders.

I've been studying a few hours a week for the pat bar and will have 8 weeks for intense studying with no other commitments after internship ends.

Is it possible to get this together before 2L starts up?

Also, I have my registration ready to mail out, if I were to mail it say this monday, when can I expect to be able to take the test? Thanks for any help.

If you mail it tomorrow and if things go well, then you would be able to get an approval letter late next Week. Then you would be able to register to sit for the exam in about 4 or 5 days after the date stamp in the letter. Then you have three months of time window to take the exam.

Well, I don't want to cut short. Let me say this:

June 4, you mail the application
Between June 14 and July 5, you receive the approval letter
4-6 days after the approval letter, you are entitled to sit for the exam within three months.
