Sorry, he's still waiting for a decision from the law firm and he's still mulling around with what he wants to do if he does get the offer, so I'd rather not disclose his info without his permission.  He reads this board at times, so if he wanted to post he'd have done so already.
As to your other question, I've passed the bar and for the long term plan, I do want to get some experience with a law firm.  I haven't decided yet though if I want to get the PTO to pay for law school or go to a firm and have them pay for it.  There's positives and negatives to be said about either route.  I've looked at the average agent's salary for the area and if I decide not to go to school for another two years, I'd actually be ahead financially if I had the PTO pay for school if the firm didn't pay.
