Certified copy of patent bar application?

Hello - I recently passed the patent bar and I'm now applying to my state bar. The state bar would like a certified copy of my patent bar application and a letter that I'm a patent agent in good standing. Does anyone know how I can obtain those documents? I've left several messages with the OED over the past few weeks, but no luck yet. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Does the person to whom you are speaking at the state bar association understand that the "patent bar" is a figure of speech? In the USA there is no such thing as the patent bar per se. You did not apply to the patent bar; you applied to sit for the examination to register as a patent practitioner. If your name has been published in the Patent Gazette, perhaps you can just provide that link.

| Providing your registration number would be good enough too since you keep your number only when you are in good standing.

When I filled out the application for taking the state bar the application asked about other state bar's and required the information the OP suggests. There was a separate question about registrations/certificates requiring a character evaluation, and I filled in the relevant information about the patent bar in that section. I don't believe that section required providing copy of the application or a letter of good standing. But whatever your application actually asks for, you have to provide that. The PTO will provide certificates of good standing for a fee if your application actually requires one, but I don't know of anyone bothering to get one.

Does the USPTO give out certificates saying you passed? You know, something you can frame up on a wall...
