Hi,

I am an attorney planning to move into patent law. I have an undergraduate in a non science field. I want to do a Masters in Physics online - would these count towards the 24 credit hours requisite - the requirements mention that correspondence and home or personal independent study courses do not count - does online fall in this category? Please help. Thanks.

You should write directly to OED with your plans and get a written statement from them.
