Agent/Attorney Notation on Certificate

I just got my certificate and it denotes me as an "Agent."  I just sent in the Change Form today - will they re-send a new certificate with "Attorney" on it?

Wow - nobody here had to update their status from agent to attorney after passing a state bar?

I did this a few years ago and I was sent a new certificate with Attorney on it.
