  Thank you again.
 
   I just stumbled upon another hairy issue.
 
   If I am a Permanent Resident(PR) of the US and a registered agent, can i continue prosecuting patents infront of the USPTO while I reside/work in another country, eg England.
 
   I understand that the above case is clear for US citizens, ie citizens that are agents/attorneys can work outside the US, but i can't find the info for PRs.
 
   I appreciate the regulation rule for this as well.

I am not an immigration expert, but my understanding is that as a permanent resident, you would fall under 11.6 rather than 11.9.    
 
If you were to reside in England, my reading of 37 CFR 11.6 is that your registration would end (unless you are a Canadian citizen registered as an agent in Canada)
