Patent litigation literature

Hello all,
I wonder if anybody can recommend a book on strategies and processes in patent litigation. I'm looking for hands-on books covering infringement situations from cradle to grave.

I've used "PATENT LITIGATION STRATEGIES HANDBOOK" from the BNA in the past.

I heard from someone who heard from someone that Kimberly Moore's book "Patent Litigaton and Strategy", cowritten with the CAFC's Judge Michel is supposed to be pretty good.

Thanks a lot, greatly appreciate it. Just based on the difference in price, I'm leaning towards going for Moore's Patent Litigation and Strategy.
Anybody has any more input?

Unless there is another version I am unaware of, Moore's book is meant for law school classrooms. That may or may not be useful for your purposes.
