How Do You Get Patent Prosecution Experience?

I am a recent law school grad with a BS in Biology. I haven't passed the bar yet. However, I would like to try and gain experience prosecuting patents, as all the job offers for attorneys want at least 2 years experience.
I want to know, HOW do I get my foot in the door and get a job where I can get patent prosecution experience?
