I'm using Longacre......which also seems to give a weak review of 1300, 1700,1900 and 2300-2500 He seems to say worry about 700 and 2100 the most. Is it safe to study those 2 sections as well as 1200(appeal) and 1800(PCT)? (i've noticed that appeal and PCT is becoming more common...is there anything else I'm missing?)

Your really need to know 700 and 2100 well. I know this is not what you want to hear, but you need to know it all. Every point matters. Taking the test again means another 2-3 months of studying. Would you rather be a well rested bar applicant or a tired patent attorney/agent?

J, You can not skip any chapter. After my exam, I recalled almost every single questions and performed a data analysis (which was posted under New Patent Bar On-line Exam). Ch 900 and 1000 are easy. In 900, understand cancelled matter and abandoned application as possible prior art under different situations. In 1000, know the timing and different level petitions. JM

I'm pretty sure I remember seeing a 900 question on the exam when I took it last week.
