Paper-based exam in DC nex week

I'm taking the paper-based exam in DC next week. Is it going to be similar to the old practice tests, or is it going to be more like the questions that people are seeing on the prometric test? Seems the randomness of the prometric exam means you could get 20 PCT questions. Is that not likely to happen on the new paper exam? Thanks.
