Same advice...full disclosure
 
I reported an academic probation for low GPA 1 quarter and was still approved
 
As so many others have said I believe the test is looking for honesty, not a clean record

On which question do you need to report academic probation?
 
 I don't recall where it requests anything related to academic probation. Question 3 deals with reprimands related to dishonesty, fraus, misrepresentation, deceit only??

#17 asks about being disciplined or asked to resign from an academic institution.  Although the question seems focused more on fraud I figured academic probation was close enough to the subject matter that it should be disclosed
