On the application to take the Patent Bar, question 16, are you suppose to report all traffic tickets that you received that are over $100?

What if you get one ticket for two traffic violations (No inspection and defective headlight). Each traffic violation is under $100, but the total ticket is over $100 for the two violations. Do you need to report?

When in doubt report them. You are not going to be denied a registration for a broken headlight or a bad inspection sticker.

I followed the advice given on this board regarding disclosure. The test is one of honesty. I admitted a speeding ticket from 98 that isn't even on my current record and was given approval quickly

On the same idea, with question 17, disclosing discipline at education institutes. I was written up once with residential life, not with any acedemic part of my school, because sophmore year, the RA came in the room and found 7 of us with 12 beers. Do i need to check yes for something like that since its not academic related? in fact i think i got wiped off my record 6 months after the incident but im not sure. anybody have any like experience?
