I've gotten mixed feedback on this issue and I wondered what folks on here thought ... I have a degree in "E-Commerce Technology," which has about 90% of the same coursework as "Computer Science" did at my undergraduate institution. That school is not ABET accredited. Looking at the requirements, it looks like under the new "Option 4" I might be able to qualify with "Relevant computer science courses" or whatever they call it. Is there a way I can send in my transcripts/course descriptions preliminarily to see if they'll let me sit for the exam? Or do I just have to apply in order to find out? Thanks for any advice, I appreciate it
