Has anyone used the omniprep patent review course?  I recently heard about it and see it is $495 (which i can probably spare).  Any pros or cons about this?  Thanks

I was suckered into paying for this because it was so cheap.  Their "study outlines" and "notes" consisted of nothing but passages taken from MPEP  verbatim.  It was as if I was paying $500 to study from the MPEP directly!  The exam questions they include can be dled from the USPTO site for free as well.

If you want to take a review course to help you prepare for the pat bar, I would stick with the established commercial courses out there (PLI, PRG/Kayton, Longacre etc.) They are well worth it and you can find used copies of these courses for $200-300 more.
