Oh!  Shocked

How did I miss that! Thanks, SciGuy. Do you think the material is enough in itself to prep for the test? I see many of the sections are still unavailable. Also, the tutorial listing is not comprehensive.

I really can't say if it is sufficient.  I'm using it to supplement Jim Longacre's course.  The latter might be a little out-dated (2004 edition).  In any event, it is always good to hear/read about a particular matter from another's perspective.

Yes. You can get access right away after registration.

That is what confused me late last night.
1. overcome 102(a): perfect priority via 119(e) or 120 is one of the vehicles based on MPEP. On the lecture, it said it is not.

2. PCT: timing to file Article 19 amendment-2 months after mailing searching report or .... based on MPEP. It was 3 months on the tutorial.
timing to file demand by 19 months based on MPEP. It was not said so (?22 months or something).

I might be wrong too. But I am just confused.

There are some limits to being able to perfect priority under 119(e) and 120.    See 37 CFR 1.78 (a)(2)(i).  Are you sure the facts in question did not exceed the time limit for claiming priority?
