New PTO Test:  PLI or PRG?

I know there a couple of thread debating whether PLI or PRG is better; but now that both are up to date as to the new PTO test, I'm wondering if anyone here can give me reasons to take one over the other.
 
- I'm interested only in the home course
- I don't think VA will give CLE credit for either home course.
- I'm paying it myself.
