I have a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and I have nine years experience as a patent examiner.
Now I would like to study master degree of Intellectual Property in New Zealand or Australia or UK but I do not know which university teach this course and I prefer to study master degree in patent field only so please if any one knows any information about that write it down or send me e-mail

chem e is an excellent degree and provides a strong technical basis for all IP work - I suggest you join the forum  fr.groups.yahoo.com (look for the "ip france" group)
and watch for offered positions - you probably qualify except for one possible item: a CEIPI diploma, that can be obtained from CEIPI in Saltsburg in one or two years - see www.ceipi.edu
