Summary of MPEP Revision 1 to Revision 2 changes?

I have been searching for a document which summarizes the most important changes in going from MPEP 8 Version 1 to Version 2.
I realize there is some inherent subjectivity in the assessment of which changes are the most important, but an attempt at such an assessment by any informed patent practitioner would be helpful. (I seached the USPTO Web site for such a summary, and could not find one.)
Any leads/links would be appreciated.

The copy of Rev 2 provided by www.upstartraising.com begins with a summary of all the changes made that should be noted. The chapters are also marked up within the MPEP to show added and deleted text.

This information is also in the "Blue Pages" part of the MPEP downloadable from the PTO website.

But if you are taking the exam soon, see the last few pages of the really long thread below. Given the new changes regarding beta testing of questions, it seems unlikely that the PTO would be able to begin testing the Rev. 2 material as early as they had announced.
