Not to be harsh or anyting. I would say with just a B.S. (speaking from first hand experience) you are SOL.  I graduated in 2003 from a school that mainly turns out IP attorneys and out of the group of 15 or so individuals with just a B.S. in Chemistry, Biology or Biochemistry only 3 had a job.
Personally, I have had a very hard time trying to find a job with a B.S.  I actually went back and did a non-thesis M.S. while working at a law firm and now I am in the market again...
