Is there a web address for the credit union at the USPTO? Alternatively, does anyone have any general ideas about the fees and rates of the credit union?

Does anybody live or know anything about Mason Hall apartments? I'm considering living there because the price is right but there's no comments or anything on apartmentratings.com.
