2nd Assignment

I got a case from a forgien client and I did not see that the case had infact been assigned twice. I filed both of the assignements with the assignemnt that I filed wiht the cover sheet. The cover sheet included the information reguarding the 2nd assignement.
My question is, do I have to file another paper with a new cover sheet containing the information of the 1st assignement. And if so, what if I only have the power of attorney with the second assignee.
