Change of assignee question

I am listed as the inventor for which the assignee was a company that I was part owner of (my ex-wife co-owned it, by virtue of the community property laws in my state). I recently learned that the assignee was changed to myself and her living trust.
 
The question is, how can one determine who actually changed the assignee and when?

Problem solved. It turns out that the assignee was changed inadvertently by someone at the PTO. Roll Eyes
